All Coal Bikes frames are designed, fabricated, welded, painted in the UK. The frames are made month to month with a limited amount of build slots. To order we ask for a deposit of £450.00 and a flat-rate of £40.00 shipping in the first payment. Then a sceond payment of £450.00 once we have built your frame to a total cost of £940.00.
We will update you once we have begun building your frame and then on completion.
(Average lead times 6-8 weeks, from start of fabrication, we will let you know when your frame goes into production, when you place your order).

Pony geometry
Geometry on the Pony reflects this all-round nature, with short seat tubes across the sizes to allow for the new wave of long travel droppers; a relatively steep seat angle to keep you in an all-day-friendly pedalling position; a slack head angle and low BB for stability when the going gets rough; and tight chainstays to retain that playful feel even with the 29” wheels.
Specifications
The tubeset has been selected to offer what I believe to be the best blend of stiffness where you need it and compliance where you want it. A Reynolds 853 main frame and 631 chainstays are mated to 4130 seatstays that are bent in house. A CNC’d yoke, laser-cut seat stay bridge and gussets in all the right places ensure the lines are kept clean and the frame stands the test of time so you can be confident it’ll last for years of abuse.
A threaded BSA bottom bracket, and external brake and gear routing featuring bolt-on cable guides, make working on the bike as fun as riding it. The dropper cable is internal with neat cable ports to keep everything tidy. Designed around a 150mm fork, and with clearance for meaty 2.4” rubber, the Pony is ready to take on whatever the ride may throw at you.
Sizing
We build the Pony frame in two sizes - Medium and Large.
See our geometry chart above to determine your size although we do advice medium will be correct for a rider of up to 5ft11” in height and the large 5ft11” and above.
